Referral Information
Professionals who refer individuals to A Better U, such as physicians, counselors, social workers, law enforcement/legal professionals, and social service employees, can utilize this feature to initiate the referral process.
The information we can provide you regarding your patient's or client's treatment at A Better U is limited to whether they attended their initial intake appointment. You will receive this information via mail.
If you anticipate needing ANY additional details about your patient or client, please take a moment to download our Release of Information form.
Additionally, it's important to note that, based on our experience, individuals often do not follow through with referrals made by professionals like yourself. You can play a crucial role in ensuring your client receives the necessary assistance by emphasizing the importance of scheduling and attending their appointment and by reminding them that you will be aware of whether or not they did so.
